Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take the lead on diverse and meaningful construction projects? At Reeman Constructions, we're not just builders — we're builders of relationships.

We deliver high-quality commercial, government, and insurance projects across regional NSW, and we're looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our team.

What you'll do

  • Lead and deliver projects from tender through to handover.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, schedules, and subcontractors.
  • Build strong client and consultant relationships.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are always met.
  • Work with site teams to achieve project success.

Ideal Team Member

  • 5+ years' project management experience in construction (commercial/government desirable).
  • Strong understanding of contract administration (MW21, GC21, AS contracts).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on deadlines.
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
  • Bachelor of Project or Construction Management

Location & Flexibility

This role offers opportunities for remote work and flexible arrangements.

  • Ideally, you'll be based on the Mid North Coast or Far North Coast of NSW.
  • You must be willing to travel to project sites ranging from Newcastle to the QLD border.
