About The Role
This role will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the MNCLHD Activity Recognition Program, a comprehensive system for the accurate capture, classification, and analysis of healthcare activity data across various activity data streams. You will be providing expert advice, direction and support to clinicians, management and executive in relation to activity recognition strategies.

Lead initiatives to strengthen communication and teamwork among coding professionals to improve coding accuracy and efficiency. Facilitiate collaboration and foster a supportive environment within clinical coding teams, promoting knowledge sharing, peer support and best practice adoption. Provide professional specialist advice and expertise to clinicians, managers and executive and promote sound health information management practices.

About You
You will need extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in health information/medical record management and sound knowledge and understanding of the principles and practice of Activity Based Management. Proven ability to provide leadership, negotiation and project management skills including capacity to develop a change management program with demonstrated outcomes is a must.
