Are you looking to take the next step in your construction career? We are a dynamic and growing construction company specialising in residential and bespoke commercial projects. With a strong presence in over-50s lifestyle villages and the SDA housing sector, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, tailored solutions to our clients.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, or Construction Cadet to join our team. We are open to candidates at different experience levels—whether you're an established PM ready to hit the ground running or an ambitious up-and-comer eager to learn and grow with us.

About the Role:

Depending on experience, responsibilities may include:

  • Managing residential and small commercial construction projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Assisting with project documentation, scheduling, and procurement
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
  • Supporting senior project managers in a cadet or junior role

  • A proactive problem solver with good communication skills
  • Willing to learn and grow within the company
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Project Manager: Proven experience managing construction projects
  • Junior Project Manager: Some industry experience with a keen desire to step up
  • Construction Cadet: Currently studying or recently completed a construction-related qualification
