WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...

Your main focus will be
paid search
, managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns to deliver performance goals. You'll plan and optimise campaigns, manage budgets, develop keyword strategies, improve ad copy and landing pages, track CPL, CPA and ROAS, and use data to continuously improve results.

The remainder of your role will cover broader digital marketing responsibilities, including managing Meta campaigns, supporting content management, assisting with email and website marketing, and contributing to wider marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate with creative and development teams, help launch new brands and offers, report on campaign performance, and stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices across all channels.

YOU WILL NEED…

  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing with strong paid search expertise (Google Ads essential; Microsoft Ads a bonus)
  • Agency experience
  • Experience with lead generation clients
  • Hands-on experience with
    Meta Ads, content management, and general marketing activities
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using reporting tools
  • Client-facing and collaborative approach
  • Motivation to grow within a versatile, growing team
