Digital Marketing Manager
Are you ready to take full ownership of a growing digital ecosystem and make a real impact within a dynamic organisation? This role offers the opportunity to shape digital strategy, lead innovative projects, and get hands-on with campaigns that drive meaningful growth and engagement.

The Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who thrives across the full digital mix. This is a hands-on role where you'll oversee and optimise everything from paid performance campaigns, email nurture journeys and CRM, through to SEO, website experience and content delivery. You'll also be at the centre of some exciting upcoming projects, including a brand refresh, a new website build, and CRM automation improvements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of the full digital ecosystem: CRM, website, SEO, paid performance, and email.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across multiple channels with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
  • Design and deliver lifecycle marketing programs, including automated email journeys and nurture campaigns.
  • Manage website optimisation projects and ensure strong SEO performance to grow organic traffic and conversions.
  • Partner with designers and content creators to develop engaging assets and campaigns that cut through.
  • Roll out rebranding initiatives across all digital channels.
  • Track and report on campaign results, improving visibility of lead attribution and shaping future strategy.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in a digital-focused role covering paid media, email, CRM, SEO, and website management.
  • Confident with HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong grasp of digital funnels, lifecycle marketing, and converting leads into customers.
  • Solid experience copywriting for email, ads, and digital campaigns.
  • Highly analytical, comfortable reporting on performance and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Proactive, hands-on and resourceful — equally at home driving strategy or jumping into execution.
