Located in Alexandria reporting to the Service Manager, you will manage and lead a team of Service Schedulers to ensure seamless execution of facilities maintenance work orders for our clients. In addition to guiding your team, you will be key liaison for your client, building and maintaining a strong relationship.

The perfect role for an experienced Service Coordinator looking to progress into a leadership role.

Your duties include:

  • Directly manage a team of Service Schedulers and oversee day-to-day operation of their scheduling, management and closure of work orders.
  • Take ownership of your account, understanding client expectation and KPIs and oversee performance of these targets.
  • Oversee quotes and invoices to clients, driving profitability and accuracy.
  • Act as a key escalation point to address complex client and trade issues as they arise.
  • Build strong relationships with our trade network and ensure appropriate coverage across your account.
  • Prepare regular reports and present to client meetings, showcasing recent performance, identifying trends and growth opportunities.
  • Lead by example, administrating exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and process conformance.
  • Act ethically and maintain our professional standards.

About You - Key Competencies Include:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role in Facilities/Property Maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery, customer service, and work order process.
  • A can-do and positive attitude with the drive for excellence and improvement.
  • Exhibit high attention to detail, aptitude for problem solving and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience or qualities of leadership, mentoring, and coaching a team.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills in Word and Excel
