As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organised Marketing and Events Coordinator who can follow the marketing direction from our orthodontist and contribute to our success.

Position Overview:

This exciting and versatile role will see you working closely with our Practice Manager and Principal Orthodontist to execute our proven marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition and retention. As a Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing social media, liaising with digital marketing agencies, coordinating promotional events, and dental education workshops run by our Orthodontist. You will also collaborate with local schools and community organisations to build strong partnerships and promote the Clear Smiles brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Execution: Plan and coordinate successful events with local dentists, schools, and other community partners to enhance brand visibility and patient engagement.
• Digital Marketing: Work with digital marketing agencies to implement and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital campaigns to boost online presence.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) ensuring engaging and on-brand content.
• Content Creation & Graphic Design: Under the direction of our orthodontist, create eye-catching marketing materials, including social media content, newsletters, promotional flyers, and custom merchandise. Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) is highly desirable.
• Collaborative Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry leaders, and local organisations to drive patient acquisition and retention.
• Branding & Visual Identity: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with Clear Smiles' brand identity.
• Community Outreach & Sponsorships: Engage with local schools, sports teams, and organisations to develop sponsorships and promotional opportunities.
• Administrative & Reporting Support: Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordinating events, and gathering monthly performance reports.
• Event Attendance: Attend occasional events outside of business hours to support community outreach initiatives and sponsor events.

What We're Looking For:

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
• At least 1-2 years of marketing/event management experience, ideally in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Proven experience in social media management, and content creation.
• Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Suite) and familiarity with website management.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask across various projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A passion for community outreach and building strong partnerships.
• Ability to attend events outside of business hours when required.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate closely with our Practice Manager and Orthodontist/Founder to drive sales and improve practice systems.
