- About the role -

Axon is seeking its next Build Support Coordinator to support clients through the most exciting (and sometimes daunting) part of their property journey: the construction phase.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring each build is smooth, transparent, and stress free, guiding clients and keeping every milestone on track.

- Key Responsibilities -
  • Managing multiple projects at varying stages with accuracy and organisation.
  • Coordinating build processes including inspections, insurances, rental management referrals, and depreciation schedules.
  • Handling stage claims, variations, and maintenance requests with precision.
  • Acting as the communication hub between builders, contractors, and clients.
  • Providing clear and timely updates to clients whether they are local, interstate, or deployed.

You will receive a comprehensive induction and immersive training plan to set you up for success. The role is dynamic, but you will never feel unsupported. Every day brings new clients, builds, and challenges to keep things exciting and rewarding.

- What We're Looking for –

We are not just hiring skills, we are looking for the right person who thrives in a high-performing yet supportive culture.

Our ideal Build Support Coordinator will bring:

  • A passion for property, construction, or real estate.
  • An understanding of, or connection with, the ADF (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A sharp eye for detail and commitment to quality.
  • Previous experience in a support role within construction or real estate (desirable).
  • A positive, resilient, and proactive approach with a good dose of fun and humour.
  • Self accountability and pride in achieving goals, both personally and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable or open to becoming comfortable in front of the camera for reels, marketing content, and build updates.
- What you will love about Axon –

We are not your average workplace. At Axon we:

  • Take our work seriously, but never ourselves.
  • Back our team members with recognition, rewards, and genuine care.
  • Celebrate milestones, birthdays, wins, and even the small stuff.
  • Live and breathe our mission to empower ADF members and Veterans through property.

Perks you will enjoy:

  • Half-day Fridays (yes, really).
  • Epic team retreats and celebrations.
  • Continuous learning and CPD opportunities.
  • A culture full of laughter, fun, and genuine care.
  • A workplace where ideas are heard, embraced, and brought to life.
