Koben Digital is a Gold Coast–based digital agency specialising in the design, development, and ongoing support of websites and Digital Experience Platforms. We're looking for a
Project Manager
with at least three years of experience delivering digital marketing, or software projects. You'll be part of a project delivery team that works together to ensure successful outcomes across all clients, while taking the lead on key accounts and new website builds. The role involves managing budgets, schedules, tasks, and client communication from planning through to launch.

This is an
in-office role
on the Gold Coast, where collaboration is at the centre of how we work. You'll partner closely with designers, developers, and QA to keep delivery structured and clients informed.

About You

  • You have 3+ years of experience deliving digital projects.
  • Excellent spoken and written english.
  • You're confident managing budgets, schedules, and team coordination.
  • You communicate clearly and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You take ownership of delivery and are comfortable leading multiple projects.
  • You're organised, steady under pressure, and keep work moving with structure.

Experience with CMS platforms and working in agency environments will be an advantage.
