Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic National Workplace Lead to join our team, whose purpose is to deliver a best-in-class service for our client's workplace and operations. This is a pivotal role where your expertise and leadership will directly contribute to the service delivery and success of our client's corporate services functions and workplace objectives.

Your Role

As our National Workplace Lead, day-to-day duties will include:

  • Collaborating with the workplace services teams to ensure aligned office operations. Meet evolving business requirements, delivering optimal efficiency and support
  • Building and maintaining constructive relationships with suppliers and client stakeholders to guarantee seamless business-to-business service delivery
  • Driving continuous improvement in workplace management services by exploring contemporary solutions and engaging with diverse stakeholders during the operational discovery phase
  • Leading our Workplace teams located in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, serving as their primary contact and escalation point

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience in soft services or facilities coordination in a business-to-business, corporate, or other fast-paced setting
  • Strong people management skills, with proven experience leading and engaging teams, including remote teams
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
  • Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within strict deadline-driven and rapidly changing environments
  • Solutions-oriented with an ability to improve processes and overcome obstacles to achieve results
  • Thrives on teamwork and collaboration to achieve collective success
  • Experience working within the Property Industry is highly desirable
