WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN YOUR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR ROLE

As a Construction Administrator, you'll be a vital support to our project delivery teams — ensuring the smooth flow of documentation, communication, and compliance across a range of landscape and civil projects. You'll bring structure, organisation, and a solutions-focused mindset to help keep everything moving behind the scenes.

YOUR GENERAL DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Coordinating project documentation, registers, and communications across multiple sites
  • Supporting subcontractor onboarding, insurances, and compliance tracking
  • Assisting with timesheets, purchase orders, and invoice processing
  • Preparing progress claims and supporting documentation for submission
  • Booking site deliveries and managing calendars, meetings, and deadlines
  • Maintaining WHS records and project documentation in line with systems
  • Working closely with project managers, site teams, and suppliers
  • Helping to build a culture of quality, safety, and accountability

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Previous experience in a construction or project-based administration role
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and construction software (e.g., Procore, Aconex – desirable)
  • MUST HAVE FULL AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTS
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset you're someone who gets things done
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to support site and office staff alike
