About Infinity Group Australia
At Infinity Group Australia, we exist to help everyday Australians conquer debt, build wealth, and create lasting financial freedom.
What started as a powerful personal vision has grown into one of the country's most awarded financial services groups, built on education, driven by transformation, and backed by real results.
Our flagship Rapid Repay program helps clients pay off their homes up to 20 years early, and a good chunk of our team are living proof, actively using the same strategies we deliver.
As Infinity continues to scale, our founders Rebecca and Graeme Holm remain deeply connected to the business, ensuring our mission stays personal, powerful, and people-first.
What Makes Us Different
This isn't your standard finance role and we're not your standard finance company.
• The client isn't always right. Real transformation takes honesty, sometimes a cuddle, sometimes a slap.
• We're bold, disruptive, and unapologetically different. (Check out our socials and you'll see exactly what we mean.)
The Role:
As a Construction Service Officer, you'll play a vital role in providing administrative and operational support to facilitate split and single contract construction projects. You will be responsible for coordinating with builders, property managers, and investors, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage task progress, allocations, and processes across multiple construction projects.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between investors, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Address client concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee property management arrangements post-completion and source suitable alternatives for clients.
• Manage risk by coordinating insurance and verifying compliance at practical completion.
• Organise defects inspections with licensed third-party inspectors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries pre- and post-construction.
• Initiate prompt communication with clients immediately after settlement confirmation.
What We're Looking For
• 2–3 years' experience in construction administration, property management, or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of building codes and compliance requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications (basic level).
• Certifications or coursework in compliance or administration (advantageous).
• Proficiency in relevant software/tools for construction and compliance (desirable).
Mandatory:
• Clear Police & Credit Report (600 min.)
• Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Why Join Infinity?
At Infinity, we don't just change our clients' lives, we change the lives of our people too. Here's what joining our team means for you and your family:
• Financial Empowerment – Free access to become an Infinity client, including mortgage brokers, advisers, strategists, accountants, real estate agents, relationship managers, and solicitors.
• Career Growth – Infinity has grown rapidly and we're only getting started. With rapid growth comes rapid opportunity.
• Competitive Remuneration – We hire the best, and we reward the best.
• First-Class Onboarding – Includes an all-expenses-paid trip to our Real Estate Mastery (REM) event, plus a company iPhone and laptop.
• At Infinity, giving back is part of who we are. Through initiatives like the Kmart Wishing Tree Appeal, our team helped raise over $250,000 last year to support children and families in need, and we're just getting started as we aim for $500,000 for Christmas '25.

If you're looking for more than just a role, want to transform your own financial future, grow your career with one of Australia's fastest-scaling companies, and make a real impact for clients and community, then Infinity is the place for you.
