About the role
Are you ready to make a difference behind the scenes of Queensland's most trusted roadside assistance network? RACQ is seeking a Contract Support Manager to provide high-level support to our Contractor Network Manager, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of roadside services across the state.
Supervise health, safety, risk, and compliance obligations, including incident investigations and breach remediation.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Legal, Risk, Procurement) and external service providers to manage safety, disputes, and training. This whilst building strong commercial relationships to support network stability and promote business growth.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across contractor performance and service delivery
Drive and support operational strategies through effective activity management and professional initiative delivery, whilst ensuring compliance with RACQ policies, maintaining safety and business continuity plans, and assist with audits, contract management, and RFP processes.
About you

1–3 years of relevant experience in a commercial or contract support role
Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, especially over the phone
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis
Detailed understanding of RACQ products, services, policies, and systems
Experience working with standard form contracts and contractor management
