The Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager who is eager to learn, grow, and develop within the real estate industry. You'll be working closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager, gaining valuable on-the-job training and exposure to all aspects of property management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Entry & Exit Condition Reports
  • Routine Inspections
  • Conducting open homes
  • Out-of-office property activities
  • Supporting Senior Property Manager
  • Communicating with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders
  • Opportunity to transition into a higher role
  • Access to a company car for work purposes

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Looking to build a long-term career in Real Estate
  • Client-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Confident in building rapport with people from all walks of life
  • Positive, energetic and driven personality
  • Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available)
  • Current Australian driver's licence with clean driving record
  • Must have a Real Estate Registration Certificate
