What you will be doing and delivering

As Site Manager, you'll lead day-to-day operations at ou
r Katunga
site. Reporting to the Northern Region Operations Manager, you will drive site performance, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure production, growing, harvesting, and crop care activities meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This is
a critical leadership ro
le requiring on-call availability (24/7) to respond to operational needs.

  ght: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including planning, execution and reporting

  ety: Champion a culture of safety, wellbeing, and compliance, partnering with OHS teams and site leaders
• Strategy & Plann
  ing: Align site goals with regional business strategy and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Data-Driven Decision Mak
  ing: Manage budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking to deliver business outcomes
• Sustainability & Qual
  ity: Ensure growing strategies promote sustainability, crop quality, and optimal yield

What You'll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Horticulture, Agriculture, Business, or a related field (desirable).
• Minimum 5 years' operational leadership experience, managing a large workforce within dynamic operations.
• Solid understanding of Fair Work legislation, modern awards, and employment relations (highly regarded).
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, planning, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to lead change, build strong teams, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• High energy, strong judgment, and a passion for innovation and improvement
