Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager, based in Melbourne, VIC. The Site Manager will oversee daily construction site operations, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with safety regulations, managing schedules, liaising with clients and architects, and resolving any on-site challenges. The role will require a proactive approach to maintaining project timelines and ensuring seamless collaboration among all teams on-site.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Project Management, Construction Management, and Site Coordination
  • Strong understanding of Make-Goods, Fit-outs, Renovations, and Design principles
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, risk management, and compliance procedures
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience in Industrial, Commercial, Residential, or Retail construction is an advantage
