About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and results driven Site Manager to join our growing commercial cleaning division. This full-time position offers a competitive salary package and a professional working environment that supports development and performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring service delivery is maintained at a high standard and leading a team of cleaning personnel across the site.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive service delivery
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and implement improvements where required
  • Provide leadership, support, and training to cleaning staff to ensure consistent performance
  • Conduct regular site audits, toolbox talks, and staff meetings
  • Identify potential opportunities for additional services across existing contracts

Skills and Experience Required

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience in site or area management, preferably within the commercial cleaning or facilities management sector
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to manage client expectations effectively
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple sites
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Flexibility with working hours to meet client and operational requirements
