About the Role:

Essendon BMW is seeking a driven and strategic Corporate Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales division. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with business clients, achieving sales targets, and driving growth across our fleet and corporate vehicle programs.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and fleet partners

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end sales process

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver exceptional service

  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge across the BMW range



Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in a corporate or fleet environment

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

  • Target driven with a strategic mindset

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Current driver's license required
