We are seeking a **New Vehicle Sales Consultant** to join our enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Team. As a part of our high performing team, you will be a part of the driving force behind our mission towards **#1 Mazda Dealership** in Australia. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a high-demand, high-quality vehicle product lineup and in a team of enthusiastic sales professionals. Your primary goal will be to maximise sales, build customer loyalty, and ensure a seamless buying experience for every customer.

**What you will need to be successful in this role**
- A proven record of success in automotive sales or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicles and features is essential to effectively communicate and guide customers through the buying process.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial to understand customer needs, build strong relationships, and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets, demonstrating ambition and dedication.
- Strong negotiation abilities are key for reaching mutually beneficial terms for both customers and the dealership.
- The ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, staying current on industry trends, and being responsive to customer preferences is essential.
- A valid Victorian driver's licence.
