The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven
Mid-Level Software Developers
who loves coding and seeking new challenges
Excellent verbal and written communication
skills is key to this role along with an understanding of how your role contributes to business strategy, growth and exceeding customer expectations.

This role is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software products and ongoing business projects. As a Senior Software Developer, you will collaborate with Business Analysts, Technical Account Managers, and fellow engineers to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.

In addition to traditional software engineering, this role emphasizes the use of AI-assisted development tools and practices to enhance productivity, code quality, and innovation. You will help shape how AI is applied across our engineering lifecycle—from design and coding to testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on new projects and develop next generation cloud technologies in collaboration with our team across the globe. The atmosphere is fun, consultative and focused on delivering best of class products to our global client base.

About you

On the technical side of things, we're looking for senior developers who have experience in developing fresh and creative user experiences with:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Minimum 5+ years relevant commercial experience
• Specialist in Microsoft .Net Framework (C#, WebApi, Entity Framework, …)
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks, Angular and React
• Working knowledge of Azure Services
• Proven experience with SDLC, Agile practices, and TDD
• Experience with SQL Azure, including database design, query optimization, indexing strategies, performance tuning, and development of complex stored procedures and queries
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous processing, and modern system architectures
• Good understanding of browser rendering behaviour and performance
• Knowledge in software architecture and SaaS delivery models
• Familiarity or direct experience in data privacy and/or compliance requirements related to information security landscape
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI Foundry) and their integration into workflows, including leveraging them for code generation, testing, documentation, performance analysis, and accelerating development cycles
