Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Brisbane, Australia

Employment Type: Full-time 

The job  

The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for providing the programming skills necessary to develop and maintain RIB CostX.

Key responsibilities 

  • Work on continuous improvement, and new functionality software projects

  • System analysis, design, coding and unit testing

  • Development of applications that run on desktop and web environment

  • Work closely with others in an international R&D software development team

  • Actively participate in daily scrums and team meetings.

Essential requirements

  • At least 5 year experience in a software development environment

  • Experience and knowledge of C# development in desktop environment

  • Experience Good understanding of Object-oriented programming

  • Good command of spoken and written English is a must

  • Graduate degree or Higher Diploma in IT, or a related discipline or experience in a similar role

Desired skills and competencies

  • Experience and knowledge in Delphi

  • Experience working in an Agile environment

  • Experience in web development

  • Knowledge of JavaScript
