Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR data including headcount, turnover, recruitment, and employee engagement
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI
  • Collaborate with HR teams and leadership to identify trends and opportunities
  • Track HR metrics and KPIs to support strategic workforce planning
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy standards
  • Support short-term projects related to workforce analytics and reporting

Contract Details:

This is a fixed 1-month contract role to support a key quarterly HR analytics project. There is potential for extension based on project needs and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in HR analytics or data analysis
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
