**The Opportunity**

The Website Analytics Specialist is responsible for understanding and analysing website traffic data and identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve website performance and user experience.

**The Role**
- In this role, you'll develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize website performance, increase user engagement, and achieve business goals. You'll also create and maintain website performance reports and dashboards and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- This role will give you the opportunity to collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure website analytics is integrated into all aspects of the website.

**What you will Bring**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a website analytics, preferably in a digital marketing environment
- Highly proficient in web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- Knowledge of other web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or Piwik.
- Understanding of website design and development principles
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
