A contemporary, global financial services organisation, boasting an inclusive culture, + flexible 50/50 hybrid working, are looking for a People Analytics & Insights Specialist, to join their evolving team on a permanent basis.

As People Insights Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of people/HR reporting and analytics in a business ready format, acquired by analysis, collaboration and data translation.

Your day to day will involve;
- Interpreting observational insights into compelling presentations, reports and other translatable mediums to be presented across the business
- Completing, improving and enhancing regular reporting products and processes
- Finding and interpreting multiple data points to understand business challenges, trends and opportunities
- Independently managing complex ad hoc tasks and interacting with business stakeholders
- Interpreting a broad array of workforce metrics to understand and identify trends across the business, and the commercial opportunities that emerge accordingly

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

- Experience working in a large, complex environment - ideally across HR Transformation projects
- HR data visualisation and translation
- Strong communication and consultation skill with varied stakeholders
- Presentation & deck design (C-suite ready)
- An adaptable, action orientation
- Structured thinking, and ability to effectively frame problems
- PowerPoint (intermediate/advanced)
- Business Acumen

This role offers a 5% Bonus opportunity, on top of a negotiable salary of between $140-$165K TRP.
