What You'll Be Doing
  • Handle client enquiries via phone and email.
  • Monitor shared email inboxes and action service requests.
  • Schedule appointments for sales reps and service technicians (including confirmations, follow-ups, cancellations, and re-scheduling).
  • Provide administrative support including order processing and quote preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and internal systems.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
What You'll Bring
  • 2-3 years experience in customer service, administration or scheduling (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Strong phone manner and problem-solving ability.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivation, a team-first attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile.
