Band 1 - base salary of $64,032 per annum (plus super)
TasNetworks has a great traineeship opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic Customer Services and Connection Services teams.

Role
As a Customer Service Trainee, you'll play an important role in supporting our customers and delivering a great service experience. Throughout your traineeship, you'll:

  • Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email and digital channels
  • Process service requests and maintain accurate customer records
  • Provide timely and clear customer communication, especially during power outages
  • Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues, building strong working relationships
  • Ensure data accuracy in line with National Electricity Market requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems

About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and eager to learn. You'll also bring:

  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • The ability to manage your time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • A team-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
