Are you passionate about creating exceptional event experiences and building strong client relationships? Pub Banc Group is seeking a driven and dynamic Sales & Events Coordinator to join our team.
As part of Pub Banc Group, you'll be working across a portfolio of vibrant venues and premium function spaces. From corporate conferences and weddings to private celebrations, our team delivers tailored experiences and outstanding service.
About the RoleAs our Sales & Events Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients enquiring about events. You'll work closely with them to plan and deliver memorable experiences, from initial enquiry through to event execution. This role requires a balance of sales ability, organisational skills, and on-the-ground event coordination.
While most work is during business hours, some weekend and evening work will be required depending on event schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to event enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service
- Prepare event proposals, contracts, and run sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Assist with sales initiatives, promotions, and building repeat business
- Oversee events onsite as required
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in event coordination, hospitality sales, or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
- RSA
- Drivers License
