**Position Overview**:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to various marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategies.
- Create compelling content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with our online community.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with a passion for marketing trends.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
