About Us

Abax Kingfisher is a family-owned business that supplies furniture and storage solutions to schools, libraries, healthcare, and corporate spaces. We're in growth mode and need someone sharp to drive outbound sales.

The Role

We're looking for a confident, well-spoken communicator to take charge of outbound lead generation. This isn't just about dialing numbers – it's about starting conversations, following up intelligently, and keeping track of everything in our CRM.

You'll be:

  • Making outbound calls to schools, libraries, and other target clients
  • Following up on warm leads from email campaigns
  • Chasing down big opportunities and staying on top of them
  • Keeping CRM notes clean and accurate so the pipeline actually makes sense
  • Working closely with our directors and sales team to push deals forward

What We're Looking For

  • Clear, confident phone manner (concise, no rambling)
  • Sharp thinker who can read the situation and adapt
  • Comfortable working to targets without being spoon-fed
  • Tech-savvy enough to handle CRM updates and email follow-ups (experience with CRM systems preferred)
  • Reliable and organised – we don't want to chase you, you chase the leads
  • Minimum 1-2 years of outbound sales or telemarketing experience
  • Full work rights in Australia

Hours & Flexibility

  • Part-time: 9:30am – 2:30pm, Monday to Thursday
  • Perfect for a stay-at-home parent who wants solid work during school hours
  • Remote work is possible (must have reliable internet and quiet space for calls)
