Due to ongoing growth, we are currently looking for multiple Novated Lease Consultants to join our Sales team. Your role as a consultant will be to onboard new novated lease customers and help steer us into the next phase of hypergrowth
Your role will be focused on providing a great customer experience, educating potential customers and selling novated leases. All of our leads are generated by our internal marketing, so there will be no cold calling requirements
About the Role
We're looking for a confident, driven and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Support Officer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales and looking to fast-track their career in a supportive and dynamic workplace.
In this role, you'll support a team of 40+ Novated Lease Consultants by managing outbound call activity, qualifying leads, and warm transferring prospects. You'll also handle quote preparation for customers who request "email-only" quotes through our digital funnels.
This is an ideal entry point into a sales role, our goal is for the successful candidate to progress into a Novated Lease Consultant position within 6–12 months, with full training and mentoring provided
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and qualify potential customers
- Warm transfer qualified leads to the sales team
- Prepare novated lease quotes for inbound digital enquiries
- Learn and grow in a structured path toward becoming a Sales Consultant
