About the position:
Reporting to our National Contracts Manager, the Service Sales Representative will be expected to build and develop relationships with the multiple customers, proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and secure Lift and Escalator maintenance contracts within the NSW Branch.
The successful candidate will also be part of a dynamic sales team that work closely together and with other departments to develop our solutions.
Experience in the Lift Industry or a similar industry such as HVAC, Fire, Security, Conveyor systems, Industrial machinery or similar will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities include:
• Develop of new customers and markets in line with our strategic objectives;
• Develop of the opportunity within our existing customer base;
• Develop and maintain the relationship with key customers – both external and internal;
• Act as the interface between our customer, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure a world class customer experience maximising the opportunity for repeat business;
• Understand and drive the Lift Contract business to achieve portfolio growth, targets and expand the business;
• Ensure compliance with required procedures and behaviours.

• An individual who wants to develop and grow within the business;
• The ability to negotiate face to face and online;
• A good understanding of strategic sales techniques;
• The ability to understand a multi-faceted design, manufacture, installation and service business;
• Demonstrated experience facilitating operational and sales requirements for internal and external stakeholders;
• A degree in a relevant technical or business-related discipline will be highly regarding as will experience in the lift industry or a similar industry such as HVAC, Fire, Security, Conveyor systems, Industrial machinery or similar.
