Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records and contracts in Employment Hero
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, leave tracking, and timesheet approvals
  • Assist with payroll preparation and ensure accuracy in Xero
  • Support managers with HR data, award compliance, and reporting
  • Liaise with external HR consultants for complex employee matters

Systems & Data Administration

  • Maintain user data and workflows across Xero, Employment Hero, Odoo ERP, and SafetyCulture
  • Reconcile data between HR, payroll, and operations systems
  • Set up new users, manage permissions, and assist with troubleshooting
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports (headcount, labour costs, training compliance, etc.)

Compliance & Administration

  • Manage SafetyCulture user access, incident records, and QHSE documentation
  • Support document control for ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 compliance
  • Assist with purchase orders and supplier admin in Odoo
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and general administrative tasks for management

About You
  • 3+ years' experience in HR, payroll, or business administration
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero and Employment Hero; familiarity with Odoo ERP and SafetyCulture an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and business units
  • Intermediate Excel and reporting skills
