About the Team and the Role

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic HR headliner Reporting to the CEO, you will drive HR functions and HR operations for the business while managing one direct report.

We can offer some flexibility in terms of hours, with part-time hours for the right candidate.

This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic collaborator who loves working across all areas of human resources and who thrives in a fast paced, open plan and friendly environment.

In this role, you will utilize your skills and experience in human resources and employment relations and provide high quality service to our employees and management.

Responsible for:

  • Conducting face to face meetings across all levels
  • Hands on presence, building positive relationships and trust
  • Consulting with line management on all aspects of HR management
  • Work with our leaders to facilitate the Performance Management process
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment processes including assisting with both on & off boarding processes
  • Engaging with staff to provide HR support, guidance and advice
  • Assist with yearly projects and processes to support the business.

Selection Criteria

  • Qualification in Human Resources and at least 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Available to work from our friendly office in Darra - hybrid working not available for this position.
  • Proven organizational skills including the ability to assess priority of tasks, manage workload and meet multiple (or conflicting) deadlines.
  • Take initiative and approach tasks in an innovative, facilitative, and flexible way.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal, advisory and negotiation skills.
  • Calm, friendly, levelheaded approach.
  • Real team player who will live by the philosophy of our behavioural charter.
