About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, this role is the backbone of how we deliver non-award programs.

You'll:

• Build and maintain end-to-end service workflows that drive efficient delivery.
• Coordinate delivery processes across Product, Tech, Marketing, Ops and Learning Design.
• Lead pilot projects to validate and improve our service model.
• Act as the key liaison point for academic and business stakeholders.
• Partner with Technology teams to ensure systems and processes are delivery-ready.

It's a role for a systems thinker who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and loves turning strategy into practical, repeatable processes

About You

You'll bring:

• A strong background in service design, delivery enablement or product operations.
• Experience designing and improving cross-functional workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• The ability to translate academic or client needs into clear operational requirements.
• A proactive, curious mindset and comfort navigating evolving priorities

Experience in education delivery or technology workflows will be highly regarded.
