About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a People Partner to work within our People Division.

Reporting to the Lead People Partner, you will be responsible for the provision of HR business partnering support to operations on a broad range of HR policies, programs, capability building and forming strong relationships.  

Your Key Focus

  • Provide input to management decisions, projects and business plans
  • Provide leadership and advice on industrial/ employment relations matters
  • Manage performance and misconduct issues
  • Ensure strategy and standards ae maintained in line with organisational expectations, and continuously improved
  • Collaborate with other People Business Partners and People teams on implementing improvements or change initiatives

What We Look For

  • Minimum 5 years experience in professional People & Culture generalist role with focus on ER/IR
  • Relevant experience in supporting change management and IR strategies in a similar environment
  • Practical knowledge of contemporary and progressive HR practices, organisational and project management skills
  • Understanding of change methodologies with a proven ability to guide leaders and managers
  • Strong stakeholder relationship/ management skills
