**About Your Role**

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a People Partner to work within our People Team.

Reporting to the Lead People Partner, the People Partner will provide support to operations on a broad range of HR policies, programs, practices and forming strong relationships that offer value-added solutions to people management issues.

**Your Key Focus**
- Deliver recommendations and solutions to manages across a range of HR areas
- Resolve issues and manage risk through problem-solving methodologies, research and the development of solutions
- Advise and coach people leaders to manage performance and misconduct matters in accordance with Enterprise Agreement and organisation requirements
- Report on investigations
- Ensure timely roll-out and education of new and updated policies and procedures

**What We Look For**
- Proven experience in a professional People & Culture generalist role with focus on ER/ IR
- Demonstrated success in the development of safety cultures that promote workplace health, safety and wellbeing
- Demonstrated experience in interpreting relevant employment related legislation including Fair Work Act, Employment Standards and Modern Awards
- Ability to travel across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria to deliver services
- Experience working within a matrix reporting environment
- Experience working in a unionised environment
