**About the team**:
We are looking for a P&C Change and Project Partner to provide support to Regional Managers, DC Leaders, and the P&C Business Partners across the VicTas Operations team. The role will be responsible for executing the people plan to support the delivery of sustainable and scalable enterprise wide P&C programs, processes and practices that enable the delivery of our people and business strategy.

**About the role**:

- Collaborate with and support Regional Managers to help define P&C strategies, deliverables and frameworks across people plans that impact team members within Operations in collaboration with related functions across Store Operations, DCs, P&C and SSC. Examples include supporting the people changes associated with the setting up new stores/store format changes, service transformation initiatives and other changes impacting team members
- Assist related functions to create, monitor and implement change management plans to ensure the programme is delivered successfully and embedded within our business
- Assist with monitoring and managing program plans and governance requirements to ensure compliance
- Work with communications, training, P&C and other specialists in the business to support project implementation
- Identify potential people risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
- Support P&C business partners with bespoke projects to contribute to the delivery of operations people strategy and metrics

**About you and your skills**:
Retail is dynamic and fast paced in a good way, so you will need to love customer centric organisations and have a huge ambition to transform what we do and how we do it.

You’ll also need:

- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Proven experience as a P&C generalist P&C advisory experience is preferred.
- Tertiary qualified in a related discipline is preferred
- Sound knowledge, skill and experience in general P&C practices across the employee lifecycle
- Previous exposure to transformation projects and or change intiatives in a fast paced complex operating environment
- Proven interpersonal and organisational skills, with an ability to achieve outcomes in a timely manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work under pressure to deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority
- Working knowledge of the Australian human resources framework and best practice
