A purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation is seeking a dedicated WHS Business Partner to join the team. Our client provides residential and community care for older people, and support to children, families, people with disabilities, financially disadvantaged individuals, and those seeking asylum.

**Role Overview**: As a WHS Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in the WHS Team, providing coaching, education, and support to operational leaders in the effective execution of our WHS Management System. You will primarily work within a Business Unit, with opportunities to support other areas as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coach and educate operational leaders in implementing WHS policies and procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the WHS Management System
- Provide specialist WHS support and advice
- Support the execution of the WHS Business Plan
- Facilitate WHS regulator interactions
- Maintain knowledge of WHS legislation and regulations
- Ensure reporting integrity through appropriate data and reporting systems

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Coaching operational leaders in WHS policies and procedures
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Practical knowledge of Victorian and model WHS legislation
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
- Alignment with the organisation’s Mission, Vision and Values

**Qualifications**:

- Min Cert IV OHS or higher qualification in Work Health and Safety
- 3+ years experience as a WHS Business Partner/Advisor
- Ability to travel to metro sites, including Gippsland
- Experience in a multi-site employer environment
- Knowledge of the Aged Care sector
- Satisfactory National Crime Check
- Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Full and ongoing Right to Work in Australia
