to join our design and production team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an eye for detail, and is passionate about bringing exceptional products to life from concept through to production.

with strong commercial awareness and the ability to build and maintain exceptional supplier relationships.
The Role:
As Senior Product Developer, you'll be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle from development through to production handover.
You'll work closely with the Head of Design and Garment Technician to ensure every JAGGAD style meets our high standards of quality, functionality, and performance.
Your days will include building and updating detailed tech packs, managing costings and factory negotiations, overseeing sample timelines, and maintaining the critical path to ensure smooth on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage and update accurate, detailed tech packs from design concept through proto and fit stages across all categories.
- Prepare and manage costings, analyse margins, and liaise with factories to achieve target pricing.
- Drive factory communication, manage sample requests, approvals, and feedback across all development stages.
- Maintain and track the seasonal critical path, ensuring deadlines are met across fabric, trim, sample, and production milestones.
- Coordinate with the Garment Technician to ensure fit, construction and quality standards are met.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism in all communications.
- Collaborate with the Head of Design to ensure creative intent is executed within cost and production parameters.
- Source and develop fabrications that meet brand performance standards.
- Support the operations team in checking purchase orders and managing production handovers to suppliers.
- Monitor development timelines and proactively problem-solve to avoid delays or quality issues.
- Using data and customer feedback to inform technical decisions and continuous product improvement.
About You:
- 5+ years' experience in product development, production, or technical design (ideally activewear, sportswear, or performance apparel).
- Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, fabrics, trims, and costing.
- Excellent attention to detail, organised and able to manage multiple ranges and timelines simultaneously.
- Confident in communicating directly with overseas factories and suppliers.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and PLM or production systems.
- Strong commercial awareness with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about creating technically excellent, high-quality product.
