About the Role
We're looking for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to join Bali Body and help shape the future of our global beauty brand. This is a pivotal role for someone who lives and breathes brand building. We are looking for someone who can think both big picture and detailed execution, and who thrives on driving brand awareness and growth.
You'll be responsible for evolving our brand strategy, leading integrated campaigns, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the Bali Body identity. You'll be the guardian of our brand across all channels, from social media and PR to events, retail, and beyond.
What You Will Be Doing
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Partner with the Directors and Head of Marketing to define and execute short and long term brand strategy
- Ensure brand consistency across all departments, channels, and customer touch points
- Stay ahead of market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to continuously refine brand positioning
- Develop brand campaigns that drive full funnel engagement, grow market share, and strengthen brand equity
Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, influencer, and retail channels
- Work with the Head of Marketing to create campaigns that balance creativity with commercial performance
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Social, eComm, Performance) and external agencies to bring campaigns to life, on brief, on time, and on brand
- Measure and report on campaign success with a focus on profitability, translating data into actionable insights for future strategy
Product Launch & Go to Market
- Oversee brand elements of product launches from positioning through to post launch analysis
- Provide strategic input and feedback to ensure launches align with brand goals and resonate with our audience
- Partner with Product Development to align new products with brand vision and market opportunities
- Collaborate across teams to execute cohesive go-to-market strategies
PR, Events & Activations
- Partner with PR and Influencer teams to drive brand storytelling and earned media coverage
- Support the planning and execution of brand events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives
- Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities that elevate brand presence and reach
Performance & Insights
- Analyse brand health metrics, campaign performance, and customer feedback to inform strategy
- Review sales data and performance across channels to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor competitor landscape and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve
- Manage and optimise marketing budgets in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
- Adjust brand strategy based on results, profit levels, insights, testing, and evolving market conditions
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Background
- 5–7+ years of brand management experience, ideally within the skincare, beauty, or lifestyle industries
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns that drive awareness and commercial results
- Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing: digital, social, retail, PR, and influencer
- Experience working across product launches and go to market strategies

- A strong leader, ready to join the senior leadership team of the business to drive best in class output, results and profitability across the entire organisation.
