About Brooklyn MGMT
Brooklyn MGMT is one of Australia's leading talent agencies, representing some of the country's most recognised models, creators and influencers. For two decades, we've built a reputation for discovering and developing exceptional talent, creating impactful campaigns, and shaping the future of talent representation.
As the industry evolves, so do we - expanding into new areas like public figures, and in-house content production through our new Studio Brooklyn. It's an exciting time to join a dynamic, fast-growing team that thrives on connection, creativity and big opportunity.
The Role
We're on the hunt for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Agent / Talent Manager to join our team. You'll be a key part of Brooklyn MGMT's next growth chapter - driving commercial opportunities for talent, building and nurturing relationships, and helping shape the future direction of the agency.
This is a hybrid role: 3 days a week from our Brighton HQ and content studio, 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a roster of high-profile talent - including models, creators, influencers and public figures.
- Proactively identify, pitch and negotiate brand partnerships, campaigns, and commercial opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners.
- Oversee deal structuring, usage rights, contracts and fee negotiations.
- Strategically plan and guide talent careers, ensuring alignment with their long-term goals and personal brand.
- Collaborate closely with our internal team on creative campaigns, social strategy, content production and new business.
- Stay across industry trends, platform changes and emerging opportunities to keep talent and clients ahead of the curve.
About You
- Ideally 3+ years' experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or agency roles within media, fashion, entertainment or similar industries.
- Strong existing network of brand, agency and industry contacts.
- Proven track record in securing and negotiating commercial deals.
- Confident communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially savvy, strategic thinker with a passion for the evolving talent landscape.
- A love of creativity, culture, people and big ideas.
Why Join Us
- Be part of one of Australia's most respected boutique agencies.
- Work with top-tier talent and exciting brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and entertainment.
- Play a pivotal role in an ambitious growth phase with real autonomy and creative input.
- Enjoy a flexible, hybrid working model and a vibrant, supportive team culture.
