Ashburton Aboriginal Corporation (AAC) is seeking a systematic and process-driven People and Culture Administrator to support our team 3 days per week (negotiable). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, values compliance, and enjoys making a meaningful impact behind the scenes.
About the RoleAs our People and Culture Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across the organisation. You'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinating staff inductions and maintaining compliance and training records
- Supporting the People and Culture Manager and Corporate Services Manager with administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate documentation and systems, including ELMO (experience preferred)
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously, is highly organised, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
What We're Looking For- A detail-oriented professional with experience in HR administration
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Familiarity with ELMO or similar HRIS platforms preferred but not essential.
- A proactive team player who can adapt to changing priorities
- Commitment to AAC's values and mission to support Aboriginal communities
