Ashburton Aboriginal Corporation (AAC) is seeking a systematic and process-driven People and Culture Administrator to support our team 3 days per week (negotiable). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, values compliance, and enjoys making a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

About the Role

As our People and Culture Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across the organisation. You'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinating staff inductions and maintaining compliance and training records
  • Supporting the People and Culture Manager and Corporate Services Manager with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and systems, including ELMO (experience preferred)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously, is highly organised, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

  • A detail-oriented professional with experience in HR administration
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with ELMO or similar HRIS platforms preferred but not essential.
  • A proactive team player who can adapt to changing priorities
