About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Accommodation Manager to lead our busy lodge operations. This hands-on role covers everything from guest services to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest services

  • Lead and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams

  • Manage rates and drive occupancy/revenue
  • Maintain exceptional guest experiences and reviews
  • Control costs while ensuring high presentation standards

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in hotels, resorts, or similar (4–5 star ideal)
  • Skilled in revenue management, sales, and reporting (RMS an advantage)
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
  • Passionate about hospitality with a hands-on approach
  • Flexible to work some evenings and weekends
