About the Role

We are on the lookout for a hands-on part-time or casual Duty Manager to join our leadership team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly across the bar, bistro, TAB, gaming and Bottleshop, while helping deliver an unforgettable customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and developing team members during shifts
  • Managing the operations across all service areas including bar, kitchen, TAB, KENO, accommodation, gaming & Bottleshop
  • Handling end-of-day cash-up, reporting and compliance checks
  • Ensuring RSA and RCG standards are upheld
  • Supporting promotions, marketing, and venue events
  • Driving service standards, team culture, and community engagement
  • Managing labour within budget and contributing to financial performance

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a licensed hospitality venue (bar/pub/hotel)
  • Current RSA & RCG (essential)
  • Lleadership and communication skills
  • Team player with a flexible, customer-first approach
  • Reliable, energetic and ready to get stuck in
