Role Description

We are seeking a Founding Outbound & Growth Lead to join as a founding member of Paragon Project. This is an opportunity to step into a role where you shape not only our growth engine but also the future direction of the company itself.

You will take full ownership of designing and executing outbound campaigns, building a scalable pipeline, and applying advanced tools like Clay and Apollo to refine ICPs, personalise outreach, and drive a consistent pipeline.

In the early stages, you will be deeply hands-on, crafting messaging, running experiments, and driving qualified meetings directly into client calendars. As we grow, you will be the architect of the strategies and systems to scale Paragon Project.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute B2B outbound campaigns across cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and sequencing.
  • Design and test messaging, targeting, and A/B experiments to maximise engagement.
  • Build and manage a scalable pipeline with qualified meetings booked directly into the client's calendar.
  • Collaborate on strategies to move from founder-led outbound to a repeatable, scalable engine.
  • Leverage AI and automation platforms (such as Clay, Apollo, etc.) to refine ICP, personalise outreach, qualify prospects, and scale campaigns.
  • Continuously improve workflows to boost efficiency and ROI.
  • Track and report on KPIs for pipeline generation, meeting conversion, and outbound performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, sequencing).
  • Expertise with Clay and Apollo, or willing to be an expert by learning autonomously.
  • Copywriting and sequencing skills with a track record of engagement and conversion.
  • A strong communicator who is self-motivated, relentlessly driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance optimisation and strategy development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build systems effectively.
  • Passion for AI and startups with the ability to balance speed and quality while consistently delivering results.
