The opportunity:

Labourpower are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Account Manager to join our team in Mulgrave. We need someone to service our clients across SE Victoria, so it's a great opportunity for a Account Manager who may not live close to our office, but is located close to our clients.

Ideally, the successful candidate would come from a blue collar recruitment environment. They would have developed the ability to build instant rapport with clients and would have fine-tuned their administration, HR/Safety and customer service skills or a willingness to learn.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage, service and grow your portfolio of accounts ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times
  • Conduct site visits as required
  • Empower a safe workforce
  • Attend to pay queries and payroll emails promptly
  • Identify, cultivate and develop new clients and opportunities
  • Conduct risk assessments for client sites and new clients using LP's risk assessment procedure
  • Conduct monthly job observations and toolbox talks for all designated clients
  • **PLEASE NOTE - THERE MAY BE SOME EARLY MORNING INDUCTIONS

  • Demonstrated experience in blue collar recruitment
  • A proactive and energetic approach to your work
  • Exceptional time management
  • An understanding and appreciation of compliance
  • Excellent customer service
  • A strong internal & external rapport with key stakeholders
  • Able to multi-task in this exciting high volume environment
  • Intermediate to advanced computer and MS office skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Experience in managing a team and providing feedback and at times performance managing staff
  • Car and license
