What You'll Be Doing:

Leading daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service across all outlets.

Collaborating on menu development, creating seasonal dishes that impress and inspire.

Coaching, mentoring, and developing the team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste, upholding five-star standards.

Managing stock, inventory, and kitchen costs, optimizing efficiency while reducing waste.

Maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

About You:

3-5 years of Sous Chef experience in a similar high-end kitchen environment

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards

Strong leadership & organisational skills to guide and support the team

Experience with rostering, stock control, and HACCP compliance
