We're on the lookout for passionate chefs of all levels, from cooks to sous chefs to join our growing team. If you love Italian food, thrive in a busy kitchen, and want to master cooking over charcoal and wood grills whilst also learning the art of fresh pasta production, this is the place for you. Join a team of talented chefs in one of Brisbane's most iconic dining destinations.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard of quality and presentation
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace in line with food safety standards
  • Support the roll out of new menu items and contribute fresh ideas  
  • Mentor and support junior team members (for senior roles)

What we're looking for:

  • Cooks, Commis, Chef de Parties and Sous Chef levels
  • Previous experience with Italian cuisine
  • Pasta production
  • Woodfire and Charcoal grill
  • Undeniable pride for creating and delivering consistent, high-quality produce
  • The ability to work under pressure whilst executing precise time management skills involving planning, prioritising and delegating
  • Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster
