Part-time, fixed-term position, commencing October 2025.

All Hallows' School, a Catholic Mercy school for girls from Years 5–12, seeks to appoint an ICT Support Officer to join our Community.

The ICT Support Officer is part of a collaborative team, working under the direction of the Head of ICT Services. The ICT Support Officer will provide organisational assistance in the day-to-day operations of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide the first point of contact for students, staff and parents through providing phone, email, Web Desk ticket, and face-to-face counter support
  • Providing first-level troubleshooting and managing hardware, software and network problems using remote support tool diagnosis.
  • monitor the service management system, ensuring that all jobs are correctly logged; fault details are fully recorded. Ensure attention to details (serial numbers, model numbers, etc.) is maintained
  • ensure all work undertaken is completed in a safe and timely manner, ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety standards
  • maintaining computer equipment
  • provide first-level troubleshooting, determining appropriate action or escalation
  • assist in the provision of support to staff and students on software and hardware usage

Role Requirements

  • Hold and maintain a current Queensland Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card).
  • Have approval to work in Australia.
  • Have or maintain the appropriate clearances, qualifications or registrations required to perform the inherent functions of the role.
  • A commitment to the values and ethos of Catholic education in the Mercy tradition.
