Property Analyst

The role:

The Good Crowd are thrilled to be partnering with a commercial real estate agency that specialises in investment and development site transactions across Australia and New Zealand representing high net worth private investors to large ASX listed firms.

We are recruiting an analytical and driven Property Analyst to join our national retail investments business based full-time at our brand-new Melbourne office.

The role involves evaluating properties, conducting market research, developing financial models, and helping create marketing campaigns to promote properties. You will work alongside highly successful and experienced commercial agents, analysts, and senior professionals in a focused and fun team environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse and maintain transaction databases and conduct analysis of sales and leasing transactions
• Analyse sales & leasing transactions
• Preparation and assessment of financials
• Undertake market research and share intelligence with the broader team
• Build and maintain relationships with the wider team as well as in the broader market
• Provide valuable analytics to the Partners & Sales consultants.

Who are we looking for?

• We are open to a graduate who has some experience working in real estate or you might have 2-3 years' experience in a Property Analyst position who is ready to step into a more senior role
• Forensic attention to detail
• Outstanding and demonstrated experience in written & verbal communication
• A good grasp of Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel
• An analytical mindset
• Team player
• Comfortable working full-time in the office in South Yarra
